What is the order cut off time to have an order processed?

All orders received before 10:00am ET will be shipped the same-day. Orders received after this time will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

How can I check the status of my order?
Call or email us to inquire about the status of your order, please be sure to include the order number from the confirmation page.

Can I change my order after I have placed it?
Email customerservice@conciergeconnection.com or call (416) 236-4985 to see if the correction can be made. Please ensure that the information you provide us is correct before making the purchase, as Concierge Connection Inc. is not responsible for gift certificates sent to the wrong address.

When placing an order online or by phone, you must use a credit card. Concierge Connection Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

No, Prime Restaurant Gift Cards have no expiration date.

What currency are your gift cards in? What currency will show on my credit card?
Prime Restaurant gift cards are in Canadian funds. If you have a Canadian credit card then you will be charged in Canadian funds. For US customers your credit statement will show the US equivalent of your total purchase. Concierge Connection Inc. will be the name stated on your credit statement.

Is your website secure?
Protecting the safety of your credit card information is very important to us. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us. SSL is the standard in Internet encryption technology, and is a highly sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our servers. As an additional security measure, credit card information will NOT be stored or remembered after your order has been processed.

Orders with a value under $150 are shipped Standard Canada Post and must be sent to your home address. All orders with a value of $150 or greater are sent by XpressPost or courier and may be sent to your home or office.

PLEASE NOTE:

Saturday, Sunday and Holiday delivery is not available. Orders received by 10 am ET, Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 10 am ET Friday will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions:
Concierge Connection Inc. does not ship outside of Canada. Concierge Connection Inc. is not responsible for undelivered merchandise due to incorrect address information or misdirection by the carrier. The purchaser will be responsible for any additional shipping costs involved in re-shipping returned packages.

Return Policy:
There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
